· Program, and Project Management – responsible for implementing a Pipeline Data Integrity program from the ground
up, which includes conversion of disparate data streams into a centralized single repository using the PODS data model
(Pipeline Open Data Standard).
Delivery of the Business and IM processes required to deploy and support a strong integrity program with the ability to
efficiently merge and utilize multiple data elements obtained from several sources to provide improved analysis of
overall risk.
Business critical project, budget accountability $1-5MM, spanning eleven business functions associated with BHP
petroleum operations. Program adopted by several hundred personnel across 4 major production units in Texas,
Arkansas, and Louisiana.
